Your builder undertook a small project to replace the old weatherboards and wooden joinery on our Herne Bay town house. Their quote was reasonable and they gave me real confidence in that they understood the issues with regard the scope of work and the safety issues with access to the higher parts of the gable end. When we found some water damage to framing and lining from a hole in the flat roof, they assisted in getting it fixed without fuss or bother, using straight common sense. The quality and speed where excellent and our tenant was very comfortable in having them working inside. All in all, a professional job from a nice group of guys.

"Pleased at how soon after getting a quote they were able to carry out the repairs"
To whom it may concern, Hamid Zwart and his Team at Yourbuilder.co.nz did a number of repairs for me in April and early May.The repairs were to a shed ,garage and a few to the outside of the house.The house was built in 1949.I was pleased at how soon after getting a quote they were able to carry out the repairs. It proved to be a much bigger job than at first quoted for but Hamid explained it in detail to me before going ahead so I knew what it entailed to do the extra repairs and the extra cost. I am very pleased with the end result and am happy to recommend Hamid Zwart and his team at Your Builder.

We recently were in dire need of a competent builder, I was given Hamid’s name & within a day he had met me, scoped out the job to be done & materials required then in a couple of days he sent us Mike who did an excellent job of installing our Hardiglaze panelling & bath & then did another job of installing our flue ducting for our Kitchen rangehood. I would highly recommend this company for any job that you would require, extremely professional, attention to detail, high standard quality work , punctual & presentable & all of this within our budget. Best amount of money spent for piece of mind knowing our bathroom was done so professionally.

We have recently renovated our garage into a playroom/office and Hamid project managed the work for us. We were recommended Hamid by a friend of ours and we were so impressed with the work that he did that we have now been recommending him to all or our friends and family. Hamid and Tyrone were completely professional in all the work that they did. The site was always kept immaculately and the work that they did was to the highest standard. We were so happy with the end result. We were also really impressed with how well Hamid was able to manage all of the other contractors that we needed in order to complete the job. The job ran very smoothly and quickly. We did not have to deal with any stress which was just great. Hamid also took control of a problem that we encountered, with doors that we had ordered (independent of Hamid). He was able to advocate for us and was insistent that the doors were perfect before they were fitted. It was really great for us to have someone so experienced take control when a problem arose. We were absolutely thrilled with the end result and we would highly recommend Hamid and his team to anyone needing a builder. We will most certainly be using them again in the future.
